“Have Stress? Teachers-We Have You”, is a workshop with a focus on creating awareness of the importance of creating a healthy work/life balance. In this workshop, teachers will have hands-on activities that will aid them in the work of creating and maintaining that balance. Teachers will reflect through journaling, look at and manipulate their “personal/professional plate”, they will learn breathing techniques to release stress all while having a good time. The goal of our workshop is to promote and retain the healthiness and happiness of teachers both mentally and physically. Teachers will leave this workshop will tools and tips to maintain balance.
