DR. TONY LAMAIR BURKS II is an award-winning education expert who helps individuals and organizations as a thought partner. A Fulbrighter and fellow of the British-American Project, he was recognized by NU∙tribe Magazine as one of Six HBCU Grads You Should Know and was honored with the Phaedra Parks S.O.S. Save Our Sons Award for Empowerment and Service. He is a graduate of Morehouse College, Trevecca Nazarene University, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. A master whistler and storyWeaver, he was the Superintendent-in-Residence (2011-2015) with the National Center for Urban School Transformation (NCUST) and is a published author. He is the Chief Learning Officer of LEADright where he coaches and trains leaders for excellence.
